1. About Sarapak

Sarapak is an online classified marketplace that allows users to buy, sell, rent, exchange, and advertise products and services throughout Pakistan. Sarapak only provides the platform and is not a buyer, seller, importer, exporter, manufacturer, broker, or agent for listed items unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Sarapak, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under parental or legal guardian supervision.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

  • Keep account information accurate and up to date.

  • Not create multiple fraudulent accounts.

  • Not share account credentials with others.

  • Notify Sarapak immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Listings

Users are responsible for all advertisements they publish.

Each listing must:

  • Be truthful and accurate.

  • Belong to the correct category.

  • Include genuine photographs.

  • Display accurate pricing where applicable.

  • Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan.

Duplicate, misleading, fake, expired, or spam listings may be removed without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Content

The following items or activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal products or services

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Weapons or explosives where prohibited by law

  • Narcotics or controlled substances

  • Stolen property

  • Fraudulent financial schemes

  • Adult or obscene material

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Copyright or trademark infringement

  • Misleading advertisements

  • Spam or bulk postings

Sarapak reserves the right to remove such content immediately.

6. Transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

Sarapak:

  • Does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of products.

  • Does not verify every listing.

  • Is not responsible for delivery, payment, warranties, or disputes between users.

  • Encourages users to inspect items before making payment.

Users transact entirely at their own risk.

7. Payments

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Sarapak does not process payments between buyers and sellers.

  • Any platform fees, promotional charges, or premium listing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Own the items they advertise or have legal authority to sell them.

  • Provide accurate descriptions.

  • Deliver items as agreed.

  • Honour the advertised price unless corrected before sale.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should:

  • Carefully inspect products before purchase.

  • Verify ownership where appropriate.

  • Meet sellers in safe public locations whenever possible.

  • Avoid advance payments to unknown individuals.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Sarapak a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, modify, and promote such content for operating and marketing the platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of Sarapak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sarapak shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from transactions between users.

  • Fraud committed by buyers or sellers.

  • Incorrect listing information.

  • Technical interruptions.

  • Data loss.

  • Business losses or indirect damages.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

13. Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms.

  • Engages in fraudulent activity.

  • Receives repeated complaints.

  • Attempts to manipulate listings or search rankings.

14. Reporting Violations

Users can report fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate listings using the Report feature or by contacting our support team.

15. Changes to Terms

Sarapak may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
